 Applications for our 2019 Seaside Carnival are now open

Gates will open 6am on January 8 at the Buffalo Beach Reserve

The event runs from 9am to 3pm, all stalls to be vacated by 5pm

 

All proceeds from the Seaside Carnival go to Mercury Bay Area School .We would like to keep to the high standard of stalls and prefer quality NZ made produce and goods.

Before completing this form, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions, as these form part of the application contract. Please complete and post back to: John Skelton, 118 The Fairway, RD2 Whitianga 3592 or email to carnivalstalls@mbas.ac.nz.

Once approved we will email you an invoice which we require to be paid within 7 days.

EFTPOS facility will be available for cash on the day.

Please note, the Thames Coromandel District Council bylaws do not permit overnight camping on the reserve. Please book ahead, as this will be the busiest time of year for accommodation and camping sites.
