 Applications for our 2018 Seaside Carnival are now open

Gates will open 6am on January 8 at the Buffalo Beach Reserve

The event runs from 9am to 3pm, all stalls to be vacated by 5pm

 

All proceeds from the Seaside Carnival go to Mercury Bay Area School .We would like to keep to the high standard of stalls and prefer quality NZ made produce and goods.

Before completing this form, please carefully read the Terms and Conditions, as these form part of the application contract. Please complete and post back to: Sharyn Morcom, 773 Purangi Road, R D 1 Whitianga 3591 or email to carnivalstalls@mbas.ac.nz.

Unless you have been pre-approved please do not send payment with your application.

We will notify you if your application is sucessful by 31 October 2016, and advise you of bank account details for transfer.

EFTPOS facility will be available for cash on the day.

Please note, the Thames Coromandel District Council bylaws do not permit overnight camping on the Please book ahead, as this will be the busiest time of year for accomodation and camping sites.
